I enjoyed this book because it was written by a real truck driver, telling about his life, he tells about life on the road throughout his career in Canada in the 60's, 70's, and 80's. He uses trucker language and so his storey is easy to relate to as I am a retired truck driver as well. It was nice reading about how different things were in his day as I drove in the 90's, 00's, and 10's, If you are a truck driver, or you want to know what it is like to be a truck driver, I would recomend this book as a must read.
