Informative and Entertaining i bought this book to understand why my 19yo brother is so aggressive towards me and people in general. I had thought that I might learn some techniques to calm him down and may be able to summarise it for him, after reading it I realised that this is exactly the type of book he would read as it was light heartedly funny whilst being dircet to the point and so I gave it to him to read.
