Note that it is largely a picture book, illustrated exclusively with black and white photographs - but what photographs!! This book may not add a whole lot to the body of knowledge about the great liners, but it is an enjoyable and impressive collection of pictures running from the beginning of the century to the QE2. Some of these pictures I know I have seen before, but many of them were new to me.
