DESCRIPTION:

This is the source of collector car pricing Michael A. Duvernois There's a lot that can be criticized in this massive tome, but it is the pricing standard for collector automobiles. This is what people refer to for pricing guidance and what you'll have to deal with you disagree on pricing.Setting aside the weirdly inflated world of collector car prices, this book has several hundred thousand listings of cars starting in 1901. It's a treasure trove of information on classic cars.. A Reference Book Well, the book itself is a price list of cars, trucks, etc. which is based on a point system. Thats all well and good, but if your only interested in a particular car its a one line reference book. For more intense pricing on a particular car there are better books to choose. However, a lot of work has been put into this price guide ( which is revised yearly) and for that it rates a good buy.. "correct pricing" according to Carolyn Morrison. We got the book to get an idea of what our old car was worth. It helped us get the highest price. We would have asked for less.
