Out of date The book covered the subject matter well but unfortunately, the publication date was 10 years ago and much of the material in the book is now out of date.. Rail fanning with a Radio Paul Ettorre As a rail fan photographer a scanner is essential. I use one all the time. This book by Vincent really gives you insight on how to get the most out of your scanner. When rail fanning knowing where the trains are is essential. It cuts down on wasting time waitng for trains.
