I had to buy it used and there was writing in the first few pages, which would have normally turned me off immediately, but this book is something special.It may be a bit dated in some of the phrasing, but the information in it is as needed today as when it was written. The daily exercises are invaluable and will help someone with binging, anorexia, grazing or other eating problems, really stop and think about what is going on inside.I hope that this book is either republished or updated.
