Meetings in a book BDK Fl I had this book for a long time in recovery. It was one of my most favorits books and I gave it to a sponsoree. This little book ehlped me so much in sobriety, especially the section on fear. Fear consumed me and sometimes to this very day, I live in fear. I found this book to be as valuable as my Living Sober book. This book is truly inspirational. I w. "A wonderful tool I use Every Day!" according to A Spiritual Seeker. This is a wonderful little toolbox full of great ideas of how to improve your life on a daily basis and begin to live a life that is happy, joyous and free.Highly recommend.. "Like a meeting in print." according to J. E. Strohl. Each chapter leaves me feeling like like I have been to a meeting. I bought additional copies for my friends in recovery.
