"Dissapointing for the only Openview Operations Offering" according to John A. Myrna. I am an experienced Openview Operations engineer and I have had to rely on this book. I have found it to be overly technical without any base tutorial on how to use the product. While it has good information it is confusing in it's ordering and very light when you need to get into the nitty gritty of template development. All too often I have j.
