Good Textbook Good, comprehensive review of the literature.. Very comprehensive D. L. Miller Wish this were longer. Otherwise excellent overview. As upsetting as the author warns it will be, and an important read.. Must read Amanda Bates LOVE this book. The perfect view of women in history.
