About the Author From palace-hopping across the Rajasthan Desert to sleeping in train stations in Bulgaria, from spinning prayer-wheels in Kathmandu to exploring the skull-gated graveyards of the indigenous Balinese tribes, Geoffrey Knight has been a traveler ever since he could scrape together enough money to buy a plane ticket. He currently works in advertising and lives in Paddington, Sydney, and can't wait to buy his next plane ticket. Fathom's Five is the result of watching too many matinee movies in small town cinemas as a child, reading too many Hardy Boys novels, and wandering penniless across too many borders in his early adult life. Born in Melbourne but raised and educated in countless cities and towns across Australia, Geoffrey was a nomadic boy who grew into a nomadic gay writer.
"Drive Shaft by Geoffrey Knight" according to Michelle H.. ***REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS***Wow, this was an amazing fast paced, insanely hot read!Jensen Rivers walks into his first day of work at Clyde's Body Shop, new to town, cocksure, and ready to work. The shop is backed up with what seems like a never ending list of things that need done and Clyde and his employee, Dean Hutchinson (Hutch) have no problem throwing a copious amount of it Jensen's way. Undeterred, Jensen dives right in and gets to work. Half-way through his first day though, Jensen notices a covered car out back and goes to investigate. W. Hard hitting and extremely sexy! Niki This is my first taste of this writer's works and Wow! Hard hitting, extremely sexy and erotic I could not stop from the first page when Jensen enters the auto shop. Grease, grime, sweat, muscles these 2 men just ooze sex and sensuality. The night races are explosive and one "hell" of a roller coaster ride and have me gripping the edge of my seat as these two testerone laden men races to win, safety be "damned". The price is sexual dominance and mark my word it is sizzling hot. But there is a sad story too as Hutch struggles to recover from a trag. This is a short story The premise was good on this short story, great development of characters and situations, but was disappointed that it was over just as I was getting into it. I would have much better liked a longer, more drawn out storyline.
