Then proceeds to give many appealing recipes.. and foods that a great to eat This book gave very little info that I didn't already know. I was looking for a book that listed foods we shouldn't eat, and foods that are OK to eat within reason, and foods that a great to eat. This book only talked about carbohydrates that are made with white flour and a little automatic sugar. Not enough by a long shot. Sorry I wasted my money on this book.
