About the Author Bill Sharp grew up in the small towns of Lacombe and Barrhead, Alberta, Canada, where he became interested in becoming a policeman at an early age. All of his career in the Force was in uniform general duty where he served as a first-responder, patrol supervisor, watch commander and a member of the Emergency Response Team (SWAT). Sharp retired from the RCMP in 2011 and he and his wife live in Langley, BC.

A Great Read John Eldridge This is a great read about Bill Sharp's career as a police officer in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. You couldn't make this stuff up! He writes about his experience policing small communities in British Columbia as well as larger cities.
