Awesome book heidi graham This book had me hooked. It was educational, interesting, and entertaining all at once. A definite read!!. A bit slow at the beginning but a few chapters A bit slow at the beginning but a few chapters in I could not put it down. What a fascinating person of genius, Madame Curie!. "Bio written by daughter" according to Karen Kent. I loved this book. Written by one of the daughters of Marie Curie, it is as close to the woman-genius as we'll ever get. Even if you aren't interested in science or chemistry (as I am not!), this is a wonderful book, written in a way that lets you get to know Madame Curie without the interference of personal trivia or "Mommie Dearest"-isms on the part of the daughter. It made me fall in love with Madame Curie.
