Good reading, but could be more elaborate Mr. Bauer describes a very interesting view of the political and business environment in Latin America, during the chaotic years of the 70's and 80's. His experience with the bribery schemes and military officials turned into wanna-be executives was very typical of the region. The stories are sometimes hillarious. I was born and raised in Brazil, and I saw a lot of this happening all around me.
