"Very educational text on driving" according to Stellarblade. Reading Lawrence's book was both educational and entertaining as he detailed his many adventures and hard earned knowledge of the modern means of travel. You'll learn a lot, from how to handle a vehicle at high speed and more importantly, it is how well you can control your vehicle at that speed that is most vital to your safety and those around you. One word that kept cropping up in my mind while reading this is Awareness. Alway. Wambera Fred said but we tend to forget them or worse still, not pay attention to them. A lot of the ideas are really common sense, but we tend to forget them or worse still, not pay attention to them. Following the suggestions I believe made me a better driver. I am still following the ideas, paying close attention; at most times. It was a good read with really worthwhile tips.. Nuggets of wisdom There are many good tips in this book. Many things we don't think about or take for granted. Read through and pick out your own ideas. It's not a technical manual but a guy's thought's and experiences that are laid out in a book and anybody can take note of what he says.
