Amazon Customer said Very accessible and clear.. This book was a god send when it was first published in 1986. Apart from Anika Lamaire's 'Lacan' pretty much all the other books which sought to explain Lacan's theoretical contribution were by overly verbose literary types who produced works that were nearly as difficult to follow as the work they sought to clarify.
