A Good Training in Pranic Breathing William Bagley I have been doing breath oriented meditation for over 30 years and am impressed with this book. It has a kind of Taoist model of the subtle energy body, but integrates insights from the Buddhist model and the Kundalini Yoga model. The 11 chakra model follows the "microcosmic orbit" and those have been trained in this model will find a lot of the groundwork that the author covers to be familiar. Exercise 3.4, curiously, is one I found in a Sufi book and is called the "mother breath", but is referenced differently in this book. In a review, I usually like to summarize the contents of a book to some extent. This book is diffic. It Works, and Love It Infinite Mind I am experienced with alternative forms of healing or the dispersion of energy, which is why I was curious to try the exercises and methods contained in the book. Let me just say because of my experience I was really not interested in the jargon or mumbo jumbo about what causes stress, headaches, or lack of energy. I was more interested in getting down to business and trying out the exercises.
