Love the idea of these massage decks, instructions are brief and clear, which I find much better than having to read page long instructions before I can get started. Also when you use oil for your massage it is much easier to flip the cards than having to turn book pages. Great and quick way to learn some easy massage techniques.. Great for couples I use this deck with my husband so we can treat each other to a massage when we've had a long day. It's fun to just pull out a card and go from there. Sometimes the directions are a little hard to follow (and there are only diagrams for some of the moves), but it's not a huge problem.. Easy to Follow and well illustrated Tony Cooper a very handy guide to various massage techniques., whether you purchase the actual set of cards, or the kindle version.Enjoy!
