Fighting Women Kathryn Maxwell What a great read!! It is written well, flows and is an easy read. They went to Iraq to do a job and did it well. These women did not want to be singled as women. They were in the military and wanted to be known as a fighting force, and they were a very good fighting force.They endured basic training and past just like their male counter parts. I had to keep reminding myself that this was not fiction, and we really have such honorable, compassionate, and brave women fighting for our country. It is really too bad that our news outlets did not emphasize this at the time. Glad I picked up this book!.
