Aligator said pretty good. it's not a very big book, but it does contain some interesting recipes, I would say overall that it's not a great book, but it does contain some useful idea's for some healthy meals and snacks, so that in itself makes it useful.. Four Stars Good idea book !. Great! Great book, very old information. Its great to know there were people who cared about the animals back in the early 1900's too.
