Best book ever written on the Boeing 377 Stratocruiser and C 97 military version Bill Yenne has hit a home run with this book. Other very good books have been written about the Strat (e.g. the one by Nick Veronico) but this one, in my opinion, is the best. It is a big book and full of information. Bill does a great job on everything, from the Strat's conception as a B 29 derived t.
