Wonderful book I purchased this book reading reviews and I am not dissappointed. The book is written in a very easy and lucid language, very practicle and result oriented. I did few exercises on foot work and my whole feet was buzzing with energy in less than 5 minutes. I asked my wife and therapist to do same exercise and had same results.
