DESCRIPTION:
He's a werewolf. People rally at first--organizing aid drops and evacuating populations--but the weather is only getting worse. In Durham, mild-mannered academic Danny Fennick has battened down to sit out the storm. Besides, he has an advantage. The world ends not with a bang, but with a downpour. He grew up in the Scottish Highlands, so he's seen harsh winters before. Including Danny's ex, Jack--the Crown Prince Pup of the Numitor's pack--and the prince's brother, who wants to kill him.A wolf winter isn't white. Tornadoes spin through the heart of London, New York cooks in a heat wave that melts tarmac, and Russia freezes under an ever-thickening layer of permafrost. Or, to be precise, a weredog. Less impressive, but still useful.Except the other werewolves don't believe this is any ordinary winter, and they're coming down over the Wall to mark their new territory. It's red as blood.

This was the start of a lifelong attachment to the weird and fantastic. Website: nevertobetold Facebook: facebook/TA.Moores Twitter: @tammy_moore . These days she lives in a market town on the Northern Irish coast and her friends have a rule that she can only send them three weird and disturbing links a month (although she still holds that a DIY penis bifurcation guide is interesting, not disturbing). If TA Moore is mean to you, that means you're friends now. She believes that adding 'in space!' to anything makes it at least 40% cooler, will try to pet pretty much any animal she meets (this includes snakes, excludes bugs), and once lied t
"One of the best shifter books I have read" according to kim Tobin. What l liked most about this book was the wolves were wellwolves, sometimes cold calculating and different even on two legs in the way they thought. It was great not see the wolves going off to bbq s and acting like humans. The wild was in there blood and T A Moore did a great job in setting up this world. This was a struggle for survival and it was no holds barred battle.I liked Jack, he could be cold and had little understanding or sympathy for humans, struggled to understand why Danny wanted that connection.Bec. "This is the shifter book I have been waiting years for." according to LD Durham. Dog Days is incredibly smart, eerie, exciting, and a very excellent read. This is not a formulaic, happy-puppy shifter story. I have been saddened over the years as these primal creatures became more and more tame. TA Moore corrected that beautifully here. Her shifters are wild, untamed, animalistic, and sometimes quite inhuman. As I mentioned, this is not a formulaic story. It doesn't start with any sort of prologue or set-up that I think most genre readers are used to. You are not led down the path by a hand on . Although I really liked this story I had some issues with it It's About The Book An apocalypse seems imminent with the extreme weather burdening the world. Or it does to the wolf King. Which is why he’s made a choice of a successor between his twin sons. Jack has been outcast because he likes men and the pack needs a leader who produces cubs. When he goes over the wall dividing the human world with their territory he runs right into his former lover and pack member, Danny. Danny is a dog shifter. He always ranked low in the pack and finally left there to pursue academia in the world of
