Mr. P. D. Nash said An instant classic. Kudos to Amazon for selling this book as I have been unable to find it anywhere else. The author is obviously an expert in his subject and consequently this is a fascinating read and a worthy addition to the number of books on this subject. I look forward to a follow-up..
