Elizabeth K This gave me lots of great ideas and shopping/tool list ideas for my recent 4-month motorcycle trip through S. America. I still have this book and will keep it to consult from time to time. I really like the comparison of the different bikes, great things to consider! One thing that came in handy was the bit about riding in different terrain (sand, offroad, up humongous/scary hills, etc.). I'm very glad I read that part!!! Lol. -month motorcycle trip through S. It has all the info you need to get started planning and what you need to know before you go as well as what you need to take with you. The book is well-designed and has many fantastic photos from around the world. The advice is very helpful, and even if it doesn't cram quite as much act

The book delivers a practical and simple approach to planning for and embarking on a successful adventure on two wheels. It will appeal to the person who has the means, both financially and otherwise, to consider a motorcycle adventure, as well as to those who might never be able to do so. A motorcycle journey of this sort is a significant undertaking and guiding the reader in the best possible way through the planning process is where the book’s unique difference lies, provid
