Wonderful Resource A wonderful resource of alternative treatments. It covers traditional folk remedies in addition to Ayurvedic, herbalism (Chinese an traditional), aromatherapy, and homeopathy. It's very comprehensive and I'm so thankful to the author for compiling all this information in one book. This book has already earned a valued space in my extensive library of alternative health books and I know I will be referring to it often.. "Three Stars" according to Patti P. Lots of information but kind of boring.. "Amazing resource" according to Scottish Footie. This is really usable. Part of the book deals with the remedy or herb or whathaveyou (sage, rosemary, etc) and what you can do with it. The other part of the book looks at it the other way around, dealing with the issue (bloating, PMS, headaches, etc) and which remedies will deal with it.
