"Couldn't put it down" according to MReed78. I just read this book straight through in one sitting. It had everything a good novel needs; good plot, interesting characters, a love story, suspense and mystery. The ending seemed a little rushed through as soon as the stalker is revealed. I loved how it started with the Oscar speech and ended the same way, that was brilliant on the authors part. The only disappointing thing about this novel is that it was fairly obvious who the bad guy was, although the author did through some red herrings as you to keep you guessing. Stranded is a mystery/suspense story where the romance is totally messed up but long standing (as if you can't tell from the excerpt above, lol). But OHhhh I loved the story.Kendall is a musical / stage actor who hits it big when he lands a movie deal, but his longtime lover, Johnny, won't go with him and may be having an affair. Then you add in his being kidnapped and handcuffed to a car, abandoned in a dessert, and Kendall's fears of small, enclosed spaces, and you have a recipe fo
