Soundoc said Textbook for litigators.. A well written true life legal thriller. No murders or private eyes, just a compellingly told story of a family's effort to get Shell Oil to "do the right thing". One wonders how Shell could have been so stupid. It eventually cost them.A lawyer friend of mine who knows the author as do I, told me that if he were teaching a class on litigation, the first semester text would b. Well written story of corruption in Louisiana that dates back for decades Love the book! Mike writes just like a great storyteller. It is illuminating but not surprising that this sort of corruption has been going on for decades in Louisiana. Great job of telling the tale, Mike.
