Great starter book for exploring the beneficial uses of some common spices,, but would prefer more spices, and the recipes to not be so muddled and hard to find amongst the spice "stories".. Two Stars Tried & True Review Wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Interesting, but I couldn't get into it.
