Hupp This was a very interesting book that set the record straight on 37 myths about aging, many of which I believed until just yesterday.Here are a few interesting research-supported statements from the last section of the book:"As to the assumption that older employees are unreliable, the reality is that they have a lower rate of absenteeism than younger employees do (Panek, 1997).""Younger. I could hardly read the print! I enjoyed the contentswith difficulty! the letters are so small and the composition of the text so dense that the reading becomes very tiring and totally unpleasant. How come you didn't think of the many senior citizens that would like to read this thoroughly interesting book? I'm a gerontologist, but I will not recomend this edition. Sorry, you'll have to improve the overall appearence
