As other commentators have said, it is also underillustrated and it can take a little while to work out exactly how the exercises are actually done. But don't let that distract you from the hard core of information it contains.I worked up to the complete set of exercises gradually, by adding a new one each day and then practising the basic set for a month before moving onto the advanced exercises. I now do them once or twice a day, fairly faithfully.
