Great reference for Test Engineers G. Jackson I am currently using this book to create tests for two mixed signal devices that have an ADC and DAC on board. I am new to mixed signal test, but the book is making my job practically easy to generate the required tests. The author makes testing mixed signal almost enjoyable, if that is possible. I highly recommend this book for mixed signal test techniques. It is clear the author has much experience in the field.
