Three Stars mike murphy not enough stories.. Not only for DC-8 or Flying Tiger Line fans This is an amazing book and a must have for every fan of the Douglas DC-8! It contains a well-written history of the Flying Tiger Line cargo airline from the US and features an extensive list of all DC-8 aircraft operated by the airline. There are tons of photos and aircraft involved in accidents have a short describtion on the accident events. Also included is a description of the cockpit with all the panels and many details. The hardcover is the perfect addition to any avgeeks book shelve. Print quality is excellent and I don't even want to imagine how much went to finding and processing all the photos in the bo. "Very good history of Flying Tiger Line which was bought by" according to Ron Pilot USAF. Very good history of Flying Tiger Line which was bought by FedEx and continues as the overseas portion of FedEx. Excellent history of the DC-8 with all of its derivatives. I'm a retired USAF pilot so this book was a great read for me.
