Handy for some, not for others I bought this book not knowing exactly what was in it. I have short hair that I'm growing out, but of the 38 hairstyles featured, only 3 were appropriate for my length. On the other hand, if you're looking for ideas for hairstyles beyond the typical chignon, half-ony-tail, etc., this is a great book. It's even good for do-it-yourselfers who are looking for something creative to do, but not looking to go to a salon to get it. Well worth the money if you're looking for any of the above and you have shoulder length or longer hair.
